Constipation. Weight Loss.

I am a primary school teacher and a mother of three young children. I suffer from chronic constipation and had to rely on laxatives. I started taking one sachet of liquid enzymatic spirulina and one sachet of liquid calcium every day as my breakfast and made some adjustments to my lunch and dinner to comprise of mainly fruits and vegetables. Shortly after I started this regime, I was able, and continue this day, to have regular bowel movements every day. I was pleasantly surprised to have been able to lose 11kg of weight at the same time!
